1. Pretty in Pink 

Perfect for a bridal shower out in the summer sunshine, this citrusy cocktail will leave your guests refreshed. The sugared rim gives the perfect amount of sweetness. Pretty in Pink's addition of a sprig of rosemary takes this drink to the next level.

(recipe makes 4 cocktails)

What you'll need: 

  • Vodka
  • St. German Elderflower Liqueur
  • Ruby Red Grapefruit
  • Lemon Juice (1/2 Lemon)
  • Rosemary (Garnish)
  • Sugar (Garnish)


Mix 1 doubleshot of Vodka, 1 single shot of St. German Elderflower Liqueur, juice from 1/2 Ruby Red Grapefruit, juice from 1/2 lemon, and ice in a cocktail shaker to chill. Use a lemon to line the rims and dip in sugar. Pour over ice and top with rosemary. Enjoy!

 2. Peach Bellini Slush

Keep cool with the Peach Bellini Slush. Make a traditional peach bellini fun by freezing it into a slush. Serve with slices of fresh peaches and you've got something the entire guest list with fawn over.

Peach Bellini Slush

(recipe makes 4 slushes)

What you'll need:

  • 3 cups of diced frozen peaches
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 cups of sparkling wine of choice 
  • Peach slices (garnish)


Add the peaches, sugar, ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Add sparkling wine and pulse until fully incorporated. Divide into glasses and top with a peach slice! Enjoy!

 3. Pink Lemonade Mimosas

Classic mimosas are made with orange juice and champagne, but this is no classic, boring bridal shower. Give her something special with pink lemonade mimosas. And don't forget strawberries, raspberries, and lemon slices for the garnish!

(recipe makes 4 mimosas)

What you'll need:

  • Pink Lemonade of choice (chilled)
  • Champagne or sparking wine of choice (chilled)
  • Fresh strawberries and/or raspberries (garnish)
  • Lemon slices (garnish)


Divide the pink lemonade among the champagne flutes. Top with champagne or sparkling wine of choice and garnish with berries and lemon. Enjoy!

 4. Blueberry Mojitos

The blueberry mojito has everything you love about a mojito, but with a twist. In addition to the traditional white rum, lime, and mint, add fresh blueberries to the mix. This will be a nice surprise as you celebrate the bride-to-be.


 Blueberry Mojitos 
(recipe makes 1 mojito)
What you'll need:
  • Lime
  • Mint Leaves (4-8 per glass)
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Mint Simple Syrup
  • White Rum
  • Club Soda


In a 16oz glass pour in the blueberries, mint leaves, cut lime wedges. Pour 1 oz to 1 1/2 oz of simple syrup in the mixture and muddle with a muddler for 30 seconds. Add the light rum to the muddled mixture, then add crushed ice. Top off with club soda. Stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge, more blueberries and a mint stem. Enjoy!
