There’s something wonderfully enchanting about a winter wedding! This beautiful couple kept it simple with an intimate ceremony with close family in December and threw a larger celebration a year a later with a ranch horse inspired wedding reception. From rustic winter touches to one sleek glittery reception dress, take note of these snowy winter wonderland wedding details!
A Snowy Wonderland
A dazzling blanket of snow on the mountains served as an amazing backdrop for photo ops.
White roses, silver brunia and pine in the groom’s boutonniere and the bride’s bouquet were the perfect complement to the winter theme!
A Rustic Lodge
The Bear Creek Lodge in McCall, ID was a lovely and quaint venue for the occasion.
An Intimate Ceremony
With just 18 of their closest friends and family in attendance, the couple said “I do” inside the lodge.
A Little Sparkle
After the ceremony, the bride changed into a glamorous, shimmery gold number for the reception.
She kept her ensemble comfortable with a pair of warm, furry boots!
Pine Cones and Cranberries
Pine cones, cranberries, and sprigs of pine made wonderful rustic touches to the table decor and wedding cake. Glass ornaments filled with white glitter hung above the table as another pretty wintry detail.
An Ornament Guestbook
Instead of a traditional guestbook, the couple asked guests to write their well wishes on snowflake ornaments.
A Kiss Under the Mistletoe
At the end of the celebration, the happy newlyweds sneaked a kiss under the mistletoe before their grand exit!
